Clinical Supervision
About Me
I am currently working towards my Supervision Diploma and offer a warm, collaborative space where we can explore your clinical work, professional development, and wellbeing as a practitioner. My aim is to help you feel resourced, grounded, and ethically supported in your practice. I am completing my diploma with The Link Centre.
Supervision with me is:
- Collaborative and reflective
- Informed by Integrative TA and somatic awareness
- Suitable for trainees and qualified counsellors
- Open to practitioners from any modality
Fees
- Individual Supervision: £20 for 50 minutes (online)
- Pairs (2 people): £20 each for 1 hour 20 minutes (online)
These are concessionary rates while I complete my Supervision Diploma.
My Approach
My supervision integrates Transactional Analysis theory (ego states, contracting, relational TA) with somatic and relational awareness. I value curiosity, reflection, and authenticity. Together, we can explore your client work, professional boundaries, and emotional processes that emerge in your practice.
I use the 7 – Eyed Model of Supervision developed by Peter Hawkins and Robin Shohet. This is a framework for exploring therapeutic work through seven distinct perspectives to encourage a holistic and systemic approach to supervision.
The seven “eyes” or focuses are the client, the therapist’s interventions, the client-therapist relationship, the therapist’s internal process, the supervisor-therapist relationship, the supervisor’s internal process, and the wider system
I work ethically and with respect for diversity, drawing on trauma-informed and anti-oppressive principles. Sessions offer space to celebrate your strengths, explore challenges, and deepen your understanding of both you and your clients.
Suitable For
- Trainees seeking supportive, encouraging supervision
- Qualified counsellors looking for reflective, somatic insight
- Practitioners from all modalities wanting a grounded, integrative approach
